The room was nicely decorated, designed, and very clean. The front desk team was very helpful and friendly. All staff members greeted us and even offered to assist with luggage cart return and asked how our stay was going. Great crew!

An amazing place for a professional or a family in downtown Orlando to stay. The staff go above and beyond and felt very secure.

I liked the location, we were able to walk to restaurants on the east side of the pond/ park . I also liked that there was a Starbucks next door. In the morning we would go over there and sit outside and have coffee. Nice and peaceful. We also enjoyed the pool, but just a suggestion maybe a umbrella or two for some shade. There was absolutely no shade.

It is walking distance from the Eola park and there are nice restaurants nearby. The bed and shower was lovely and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is good, it is walkable to Lake Eola. The room was nice and comfortable.

Generally it was a good hotel. For the price I think the quality of the rooms could be slightly better, including soundproofing of walls but overall, as with most Hilton’s, you’re probably guaranteed was a pleasant experience if you stay here.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Everything was very clean (which is a big thing for me) and the roof top pool is relaxing with a lovely city view. The staff was friendly and professional, the location is perfect, and there’s a Starbucks right next door for your morning coffee. We will be staying here again when we visit Orlando next!
